Is there a return policy?
As is such with a great deal of software on today’s market, once said data is on your hard-drive, there is no return policy in place. All sales are final when purchasing directly though Bela D Media. Any purchase made with an authorized retailer is between said buyer and said retailer.
Can I sell my copy?
Your purchase is a license to use said data within your music. All rights remain with Bela D Media. The reselling of our products is not permitted. The usage license is not transferable or supported.
What version of Kontakt must I use?
Presently all Bela D Media products require the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt 4 or 5 (see each product page). Our products do not include a Player/Engine/VSTi. Any Player/Engine/VSTi you may own from another product cannot be used. This includes the free Kontakt player or demo modes.
Do I need to register with Bela D Media?
Our products do not require registration to activate. Registration is merely a record of your purchase. If you have recently made a purchase via an authorized retailer and you wish to register, a valid copy of you sales receipt is required. Direct sales are kept in a database.
How do I upgrade an LE version?
Though the LE program has since been discontinued, 100% of your investment is still in place. Contact Bela D Media via our support portal and a discount code will be created for you. Please note a valid copy of you sales receipt is required.
