How do I register a purchase with Bela D Media?

If you have recently made a purchase via an authorized retailer or direct sale and you wish to register with us, please visit the “User Validation” section of our website to complete the registration process. Please note: a valid copy of you sales receipt is required.

I had registered prior to January 1st, 2011.
Shall I repeat the process?

If you have made an authorized retailer or direct sale purchased prior to 2011, and wish to re-register, please visit the “User Validation” section of our website to complete the registration process. Please note: a valid copy of you sales receipt is required.

I am a legitimate user but I do not have a receipt.
What can I do?

If you have made an authorized retailer purchase, contact the said retailer’s main office and request a copy of your transaction. Once you have obtained this data, please visit the “User Validation” section of our website to complete the registration process.

I purchased directly but I do not have a receipt.
What can I do?

If you have made a direct purchase but have lost your transactional information, please contact our main office. Please make certain that you enter the exact name and email address used during the original transaction.

I have a product code from a DVD insert.
Is that proof enough?

Unfortunately it is no longer proof positive. Please visit the “User Validation” section of our website to submit a valid copy of your sales receipt.

How can I obtain product updates?

To date, all product updates are located on a private user forum. If you have completed the user validation process and wish to gain access, please notify our main office. To avoid unwanted traffic and SPAM, self activation is not permitted. We will be happy to create your account. Please visit the “Tech Support” section of our website.

I have updated my purchase but I am in need of assistance.

I need the full version of Kontakt for Bela D Media products?

Presently all Bela D Media products require the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt 3 or higher. Our products do not include a Player/Engine/VSTi. Any Player/Engine/VSTi you may own from another product cannot be used. This includes the free Kontakt player or demo modes.

Do you offer a return or refund?

As is such with a great deal of software on today’s market, once said data is on your hard-drive, there is no return policy in place. All sales are final when purchasing directly though Bela D Media. Any purchase made with an authorized retailer is between said buyer and said retailer.
